1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pola91," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pola91 online gaming platform operated at https://pola91.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for an account, accesses the platform, or uses any services provided by pola91.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration with pola91.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by pola91, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and lottery games such as togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery).
• "Platform" refers to the pola91 website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications or interfaces.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and applicable bonuses.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pola91 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. These documents collectively constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pola91.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use pola91 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pola91 enforces strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the platform. Players accessing pola91 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not create an Account if you are currently self-excluded from gambling activities or have been previously banned from pola91.
• Single Account Restriction: You may maintain only one Account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false information, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances.
• Payment Authorization: You must be the authorized holder of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility requirements. pola91 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and jurisdiction at any time and may suspend your Account pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To use pola91 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must be truthful and verifiable.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify pola91 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC): pola91 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures that may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (e.g., Indonesian National ID card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Account Information Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays, Account suspension, or forfeiture of winnings.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: pola91 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 - 20:00 WIB Monday-Friday). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Balance.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned (minus any processing fees) and potential Account closure. pola91 does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose transfer charges.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to minimum and maximum limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.

Withdrawal processing times vary by Account tier: Bronze tier accounts are processed within 24 hours, Silver tier within 12 hours, and Gold tier within 6 hours. All processing times are measured in business hours and exclude weekends and Indonesian public holidays. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.

Wagering Requirements for Deposits: To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal eligibility. Deposits with active bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms.

Withdrawal Restrictions: pola91 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests or request additional verification if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Accounts with outstanding verification requests, disputed transactions, or suspected Terms violations may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pola91 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions that are displayed on the promotions page and must be accepted before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding the stated maximum bet (typically Rp 50,000 per spin or hand) will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are subject to validity periods. Unused bonuses and unfulfilled wagering requirements expire after the stated time period (typically 7-30 days from issuance).
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. pola91 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal risk, or any behavior inconsistent with recreational play.

Bonus Restrictions: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. You may not claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or stack bonuses unless explicitly permitted. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. pola91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the pola91 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate according to their respective rules and algorithms. pola91 does not control game outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers in the case of live casino games.

Fair Play: pola91 is committed to fair play and game integrity. All RNG-based games undergo regular testing and certification by independent auditing firms. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is placed and accepted. pola91 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Obvious errors in odds, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or event information, will result in bets being voided. Live betting rules apply to in-play wagers, and bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned to Player Balances. pola91 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.

Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active game rounds will be completed according to the game's rules. You can resume play by refreshing the game or logging back into your Account. pola91 is not responsible for losses resulting from Player-side disconnections or internet service interruptions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pola91 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, forged, or falsified documents for identity verification; making chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving funds or gaming services; using stolen credit cards or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other Players in poker or other competitive games; using automated software, bots, or other artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for profit.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose; allowing third parties to access or use your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using pola91 to transfer funds, launder money, or engage in any illegal financial activity; depositing funds with no intention of genuine gameplay for the purpose of transferring value between payment methods.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing pola91 staff, customer support agents, or other Players; making false claims or accusations against pola91; attempting to damage the reputation or operations of pola91.
• Jurisdictional Violations: Accessing pola91 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal; using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your true location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

pola91 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be immediately closed, and all Balances forfeited.

9. Account Termination

Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to standard withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements). Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements must forfeit bonus funds before closure. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

Termination by pola91: pola91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide required verification documents; extended periods of Account inactivity (exceeding 12 months); or any behavior deemed detrimental to pola91's operations or reputation.

Upon termination by pola91, any remaining Balance will be returned to you (minus any outstanding fees or owed amounts) provided you are not in violation of these Terms. Balances associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other Terms violations will be forfeited. pola91 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account termination.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 deducted from the Balance. You will receive email notification 30 days before dormancy fees begin. To prevent dormancy, simply log into your Account at least once every 12 months.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pola91, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the pola91 platform or Services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or personal information;
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service;
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or platform content;
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the platform;
• Third-party software, payment processors, or service providers;
• Loss or theft of Account credentials or unauthorized transactions;
• Any claim arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

pola91 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with pola91 Services is to stop using the platform and close your Account. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, pola91's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with pola91 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against pola91. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Time Limitation: Any claim or dispute must be brought within one year of the date the issue arose. Claims brought after one year shall be deemed waived and time-barred.

12. Changes to Terms

pola91 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in legal requirements, operational needs, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address associated with your Account) and/or by posting a prominent notice on our platform homepage.

Changes become effective 7 days after notification unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of pola91 Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account before the effective date. Use of the platform after the effective date indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pola91 is not obligated to individually notify Players of minor or non-material changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent modifications were made.
